Content Writing
Healthcare content has a specific problem that content in most other industries doesn’t. It has to be accurate enough for a clinician to approve and readable enough for a patient to actually use. Those two requirements pull in opposite directions, and most content ends up sacrificing one for the other. Either it’s technically correct but incomprehensible to a layperson, or it’s accessible but vague enough to be useless.
The work we do sits at that line. We write for patients who are searching for answers about conditions they don’t fully understand yet which means the content has to be clear without being patronising, specific without being overwhelming, and trustworthy without hiding behind jargon. It also has to do something useful for search. A well-written article that nobody finds isn’t serving anyone.
We produce content across formats: website service pages, patient education articles, blog posts, doctor profile copy, LinkedIn thought leadership, and long-form condition guides. Every piece is written with the patient reader in mind first and the search algorithm second. And everything is reviewed against clinical accuracy before it goes anywhere near a client’s name.
